A professor at a German University is providing a doctoral student position for computational biology research. This research project aims to maximize the potential of endogenous stem cells in an effort to repair injured brains. Specially, the Ph.D. student will analyze the sequencing of stem-cell data to trace the history of cells isolated from injured brains. While acquiring knowledge in relation to stem cell biology and regenerative medicine, the Ph.D. student is expected to design, develop and implement computational tools to ascertain the questions as noted above. Students with backgrounds in Bioinformatics, Statistics, Computer Science, Biology, or any related discipline, are encouraged to apply. Application deadline: April 10, 2021. Interested student please leave a message below.
